Hi - I'm Steffany, the founder of Hello Wellness.
After receiving my diploma in natural nutrition, from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, I hold a designation of CHNC, Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant. Prior to this, I spent 9 years in the banking industry, 3 of which, as a manger of customer service, where I discovered my passion for customer service and genuinely helping people. After learning about my own food sensitivities and adopting a lifestyle more focused on wellness, I began to use fitness and nutrition to overcome my own health and mental health struggles. This is where my infatuation with nutrition, and all of its extensive capabilities, began. Throughout my research, I noticed that although "healthy" has become a fad, it seems as though it’s not being done right, or for the right reasons. With all the fad stuff out there, credibility has become jeopardized, and people don’t know what to focus on or what is appropriate for their unique needs. There doesn't seem to be as much out there for people that is accurate or personalized. I believe that Wellness is not a concrete issue to fixate on, rather, it’s about getting to the root of the issue. I want to inspire and empower you to take control of your mental and physical wellness by making you aware of the connection that food has with it, and give you the practical know-how to make positive changes.
