Hey, Hello Wellness fam! You and I would obviously get along because you are here for the most delicious black bean brownie recipe ever and it is people like you that I need more of in my life. Thank you so much Steffany for having me guest blog for you with one of my most popular recipes to date! 

Before getting into the juicy (and delicious) black bean brownie recipe, I wanted to quickly introduce myself! 

My name is Lucy Dunne, I am the founder of Dunnebells which is an online personal training company. I know what you are thinking, ugh, another fitness trainer. Dunnebells Black Bean Brownies

Prep time: 15 min
Cook time: 30 min

ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1cup chocolate chips

method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease any loaf pan with coconut oil.

  2. Put everything except the eggs into the Blendtec and blend until smooth.

  3. Add eggs and blend until just combined.

  4. Pour into greased pan.

  5. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired. 

  6. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes until top cracks and skewer come out clean-ish.

  7. ENJOY!
